Essential Consulting are a niche management consultancy specialising within risk and regulatory compliance, supporting large programmes within major financial institutions. Due to recent and on-going growth we are looking for an enthusiastic, high calibre Project Resource Co-ordinator/Resourcer to join our expanding Resource function.

The ideal candidate would be someone with 12 months+ sales/recruitment experience. This may mean someone with some previous recruitment experience or someone with extensive sales experience, ideally with a high level understanding of the financial services sector, in particular investment banking. Exceptional graduates with experience in a corporate environment and a strong academic background (2.1 or higher from a top tier university) may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

As a Resourcer typical responsibilities may vary to some extent but are likely to involve the following:

Identifying new, relevant candidates for the disciplines Essential Consulting specialise in, initiating contact with these candidates and adding them to our internal database and network

Sourcing candidates via a variety of avenues including our internal database, advertising, networking, referrals, Linked In, job boards etc.

Adequately qualifying potential candidates for live requirements and taking them through our standard due diligence process, including referencing, vetting etc.

Managing candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process and subsequently managing the relationship with these individuals once they are on-site as an Essential Consulting consultant

Maintaining regular contact with our existing network of associates

Networking for referrals and leads

Promoting Essential Consulting's brand within in the market as a niche, specialised management consultancy

Required:

Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills

Self-starting entrepreneurial attitude alongside being able to work well within a small and extremely focussed team, with a large focus on building long term relationships

Positive attitude with desire to succeed and results/achievement focus

Confidence in dealing with senior professionals in the financial services sector

High energy and a personable, outgoing character

Experience in a sales or resourcing environment will be advantageous
