Our client, a market leading legal services firm, have exciting expansion plans and are in need of a PT mail-room assistant.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Keep record of all mails received using the computer system in a particular order to be able to identify date of receipt, where and whom it was sent to for easy identification

Sort packages and group them into different categories for easy dispatch and safe handling during delivery to prevent damage of sensitive packages

Collect mails and packages from staff in the organisation

Work with courier services and postal offices to get best rates of mail delvery

Maintain supplies

Answer inquiries

Any adhoc tasks

Ideal candidate can work PT morning hours from 7am until early afternoon from Monday to Friday, have previous mail-room duty experience and be fully IT literate.

Employment Type: Permanent

Pay: 14,000 to 16,000 GBP (British Pound)
Pay Period: Annual
